Great Customer Service + Smooth Signup Experience
For my initial inquiry and subsequent sign-up, Narin helped me a lot-- answered all the questions I had, sent a follow-up email with the insurance coverage and quotes, and was very pleasant during everything. Sign-up was smooth and took all of ten minutes. Hopefully I can avoid having to make claims, but if I need to, I have no doubt Trupanion will be easy to deal with.

I believe that all pets require insurance as people do. Pets are a huge part of my family and I want to provide the best care for them that I possibly can. There will be times that they will become ill, get hurt, and require medical assistance.
