AMAZING! GO WITH THEM - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

How amazing! Our English Bulldog got sick and died suddenly, we were devastated. Our claim was processed quickly and efficiently. And to our amazement, they cancelled the insurance so we weren't auto-paying our premium another month when our dog had already passed. Then they even called us to offer their condolences -- how personal, caring and compassionate! We found them easy to file claims through their website and the processing was always fast and accurate. Their premiums were on the lower end of several insurance companies we looked at. If we ever get another dog, we will surely use them again, and I whole-heartedly would recommend them to any pet owner who is searching for insurance -- you won't be disappointed.

Could not be happier with Nationwide - they're on my side

Their coverage is clear, the policy is very good. They pay 100% after your deductible (up to policy maximums). The policy maximums are actually quite reasonable. They have never disputed a claim. It truly brings me peace of mind to know I have this insurance and a reliable, fast company to process the claims.

Fast Response Time to claims

Fast Claim Processing Time helps with uncertainty! Tracking the Claim with the online tracker really helps understanding where my claims were. Once approves, checks arrived within a week! Very happy with Nationwide Service. Reccommend!

My wife and I just want to say thank you for being there for us and our young dog Beckham. You’re support and service has been so important in getting Beckham the care he needs. Hard to get answers on what is covered

The process of making a claim is great and many everyday things are covered. However, when calling to find out what is covered, that is less than helpful. My dog has an issue walking and the problem is in her hind legs. Her doctor wants to start with x-rays and she will require a sedative. He would also like to do some neurological tests. When I called to find out what is covered the response I get is if it is hip displasia it is not covered. What a great answer so if it is not then it is covered. Again if it is hip displasia it is not covered. So what is covered. Again if it is hip displasia it is not covered. This is not the first time I have run across this problem but it is the most recent.

Long time to reimburse

Please note that this insurance provider takes a very long long time to process the reimbursements. my puppy is almost 3 months old, no medical bills, just wellness visit... the first 2 puppy shots and it has been over 4 weeks since I sent the invoice and NO reimbursement...I do not recommend it.

Great service and Nationwide honors your claim!

My kitty Sprite recently had some (pricey) dental work done -- 7 teeth pulled! I called Nationwide before the procedure to verify that this would be an eligible claim and was told that it would. On that call, Nationwide's customer service was knowledgable, friendly and very pleasant to talk to. I submitted my claim right after the procedure and was notified just two days later that I would be reimbursed -- 90% after the deductible -- just as indicated with Sprite's Whole Pet with Wellness plan. I'm so glad I had the insurance for Sprite and thanks to Nationwide for honoring the claim. Two paws up for Nationwide and their customer service and fast turnaround time on the reimbursement!
