Great job in covering Teddy's emergency
Trupanion was there when Teddy needed emergency evaluation, and subsequent surgery, for the removal of a foreign object in her stomach. She is recovering well, almost a week post surgery and we could not be happier. Trupanion were responsive, easy to deal with and kind throughout the whole process. All pet owners should have Trupanion insurance for their pets, and I am so happy that our vet, Danny Joffe, recommended them 8 months ago.

Great value
My dog Angel was mauled by a dog last December and the resulting vet bills were over 2K. I was reimbursed the 90%. It took a while to get a check in the mail but I am sure direct deposit is a bit quicker. They do not pay the vet straight out so hopefully your emergency vet accepts payment programs or you have good credit if you do not have the cash in hand. The price is very low for how much they were providing for my pets health.

I have been with Pets Best now for over…
I have been with Pets Best now for over 10 years with multiple pets. Pets Best was great in the beginning, claims were processed quickly, pricing was reasonable and customer service was great. For about the last 2 years, claims take a long time, coverage is not the same and now we pay more. I am not sure if it is a new management running the business, but it is not as good as it used to be. The customer service reps are outstanding, helpful, professional and caring. Wish the management above the Customer Service would be the same.
