Costumer service is very helpful.
Costumer service is very helpful. However I didnt give a 10 though because my costs jump a good amount every year with no clear reason given other than "costs in your area." Seems quite arbitrary.

Because you did not have an 12?? She was supportive and understanding. Explained the accumulated $250. On qualifying service and was so sorry LuLu had so many pre-existing issues that did not qualify. I kept my plan as is and fwd photos of LuLu. Brovo toTrupanion!
