Graham provided excellent service. However, I was frustrated with Trupanion on Saturday evening, March 7th when I took my dog into the emergency hospital with internal bleeding and a mass on her spleen. It took Trupanion >1hr to determine whether it was going to cover the emergency surgery my dog needed to save her life. A manager had to called which took extra time. I have been paying Trupanion premiums for 5 years (since February 2015). This situation should not have taken so long to determine coverage - this was exactly why I bought Trupanion insurance and have paid thousands of dollars over the past 5 years. We were very worried about our dog's condition and the fact that her condition was getting worse while Trupanion was determining coverage when this situation should have not been in question.
