Grateful
My dog had to be euthanized, he was very old and as the vet described, he had outworn his body. He had arthritis and congestive heart disease for the last four years of his life. Trupanion was always prompt to make payments either to my vet or myself and whenever I call, they always ask to please give him a hug from their part. I'm very pleased and grateful we had Trupanion to be able to take care of him.

No coverage for neuter
My claim was handled in a timely manner but I am very disappointed that neutering is not at all covered. I cannot recommend Trupanion to anyone because of this.

I have been a member of Trupanion for a long time and while some of your policies s are good the one where plan rates are based on home zip code is not good.

If it wasn't for Trupanion....
I am beyond grateful that Drake is covered by Trupanion. The pre-approval process was seamless and getting my vet paid in a timely manner was beyond appreciated. If it wasn't for Trupanion, I'm not sure what I would've done when my dog had eaten a dozen chicken bones!
