You all are really good at finding ways to not pay anything for our dog's health expenses. You don't really provide any value. If we had set aside all of the premiums in a savings account we would have been better off. I think your service borders on being a scam, but because you have your fine print you can get away with not paying. Once my dog dies, I will cease doing business with you all. We had a similar experience with another insurance company and were hoping it would be different with you guys. It's just more of the same.

I have just joined so don't know how you are to deal with when a claim is submitted. However, having had large vet bills for our pets I think every pet should have insurance. If you can't afford insurance you prpbably can't afford the pet.

Ridiculous "coverage" for reimbursement claims & takes way too long to get my check
Takes too long to process. Reimbursement rates are atrocious and there always seems to be surprising cap on my bill. My last reimbursement check was for $4! I spent several hundred dollars at the vet getting routine exams and vaccines for my dog. Ridiculous! I am shopping around for another insurer.
