Great Pet Insurance
No matter who I speak to in Customer Service, they're friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I'm notified they received my claim & are working on it and they actually pay the lions share of the cost. Before Trupanion I had a different insurance for my angle who's no longer with us and they were very shady and almost never paid anything. The first time they had to pay, they raised my premiums through the roof. Before Trupanion I would have told someone to open an account and put in it what you would have paid monthly to an insurance company. Now I tell everyone to get Trupanion. They have saved me a lot of money and headaches and they don't jack-up my monthly costs, or they haven't so far, just for actually filing a claim.

I'm very happy with my experience so far.
I'm very happy with my experience so far. Right now it is stressful with everything going on in the world and then my dog gets sick. I feel that I can get the care she needs to get better without worrying about coverage. I'm so grateful to you and the veterinarians out there continuing to provide care for our pets. Thank you!!!
