Cindy Lou's surgery

I am so happy with trupanion. They were there for us. They are quick and efficient. The filing process couldn't be easier. The staff handling the phones are as friendly and helpful as can be. The insurance claims were processed in a more then timely manor. The checks to cover my claim came before the credit card bill that I used to pay for her surgery originally. You guys are a top notch organization! Thank you from the Hartge Family
