This company will do anything to avoid paying a legitimate claim!
Had to have a toe removed as our vet thought a toe nail injury could become cancerous. No pre-existing condition listed on our policy other than a skin problem under his chin. Somehow they felt the two were connected. Customer service was beyond slow.

My dog came down with a very complex kidney disease and Healthy Paws was there every step of the way processing my claims quickly and never once questioning the integrity of my requests. They know a person's pet is like family and they take that relationship seriously. I've convinced my nephew to use them and I hope you will to. You won't regret it.
