The customer service is phenomenal, every person I've talked to has been nothing but kind and helpful and seem to genuinely care about the well being of you and your animals. Trupanion claims are really foolproof. I like that the vet processes the claim and then I pay any extra. This is much easier than paying up front and then remembering to claim the cost of a vet visit after the event.
