How is claim payment determined
I am unclear on how the payment is determined for a similar claim. Both claims were for intestinal issues.

Happy with my experience. We were visiting an animal hospital that uses the Trupanion Express system which made it easy for me to know what was being covered within minutes. The only thing I was disappointed with coverage wise was that the specialist (cardiologist) who examined my dog was not covered. I understand exams aren't covered but was already paying the emergency room exam cost.
