Quick response times, overall satisfied!
I appreciate the quick turnaround for my claim, it was exactly 1 week (5 business days) from submission to getting my EOB. Insurance is always confusing, and initially I had misinterpreted my EOB on a previous claim. The customer service was mostly good, but could have improved on explaining what was covered and what was not in layman's terms- hence the 4/5.

Truly "The Best" Pet Insurance
I’ve worked with several pet insurance providers over the years, and Pets Best is by far the only one I confidently recommend. Their claims process is straightforward and easy to navigate, and their reimbursement for illness-related care is exceptional. When my dog was diagnosed with both Cushing’s and diabetes, having this coverage made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable financially.
