There when you and your pet need them!
I invested in pet insurance with Healthy Paws when I adopted Barry. We used the insurance once early on and were then fortunate enough not to need to file a claim for years. This past year I found a small lump on Barry and it turned out to be cancer. Barry had a number of tests followed by surgery. My focus was on taking care of him so it was a GREAT relief that filing a claim and getting reimbursed was both FAST and EASY! I could not have been happier with the service and coverage provided by Healthy Paws! I would highly recommend them if you want to invest in your pets long-term health and well-being!

I wish I could leave a 0 or negative stars, please save your money and go to an insurance company who actually cares about customer service and its customers. I cancel my policy after less than 1 month of having it and they charge me for over 4 months without my consent, over 2 months of going back and forth with them and they did not take fault on their behalf and I lost my money. PLEASE SAFE YOUR TIME AND MONEY & GO WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Trupanion has been a straight up…
Trupanion has been a straight up insurance company providing everything they said they would. Better than our own human health insurance. The insurance allowed us to spend one year longer with our beloved Bernie who just passed on Saturday morning. He had been sick with Cushings and Diabetes and apparently he had enough. He went peacefully in his sleep. Thank you Trupanion for keeping your word. :-)

Healthy Paws have been fantastic…
Healthy Paws have been absolutely fantastic, helping us and our puppy Theodore through a couple of back-to-back emergency hospitalisations for stomach concerns and then a venomous snake bite. Animal ER visits and vet observation days led to expensive bills, which Healthy Paws processed quickly and efficiently. They also followed up with us to check on our puppy, which is much appreciated. We already have recommended them to friends, and highly recommend they are considered by all pet owners.

Once again Trupanion was there for me
My dog was attacked at a dog park and needed stitches. It was an expensive day at the vet but Trupanion was there as usual for me. Claim was processed effortlessly and fair. I keep expecting to be disappointed because insurance companies are so difficult to deal with most of the time. Please keep up the good work Trupanion. The stress of a pet injury is enough to worry about!

I never write reviews, but I felt I should based on how healthy paws handled my claim. I never thought my dog would end up at the neurologist to get mri and spinal tap. Having pet insurance really kept my anxiety at bay and helped me to make the best decision possible for my dog. I haven’t fully gotten my payment but they break down what is reimbursed with a claim number so I’m not too worried about when my final payment comes. Overall the process is easy, only when you make your first initial claim they want your pets medical history (which was a bit annoying after sending multiple times) but after that, they have your pet’s info and all you do is make your claims.

User friendly company
