Seems Trupanion's policy has many ambiguous parts. If every time I need to do a preapproval and then wait for a while to see whether the illness is covered a not, it cost me a lot of time.

So far I've not been able to claim anything so it's been hard paying from our pocket but it's still good and finally we have reached our decuctable and are able to get some help after paying in for a few years.
