Honestly, filing thos claim went so much better than I expected. Filing was easy, with the app. But with all the madness going on right now, I expected it to take forever to process. But it was actually faster than usual. Shelley, who called to follow up was also delightful.

Your expensive but your turn around time to pay a claim has improved dramatically.
The coverage is expensive but they cover what they say and pay claims quickly. They have different levels of coverage and I have the maximum for two cats. You break even financially on day to day vet visits. But when there is an emergency or crisis, you make out. It's really great for pet peace of mind to know that you will have help on say a 5K vet bill.

My Husky recently had to undergo some extensive testing to determine a cause for a cough. We are not out of the woods yet, but filing the claim for this bill online was so very easy with Nationwide. We have coverage for all three of our pets with them, and find them so easy to work with, and both family and pet friendly. So very happy we decided on Nationwide when we chose pet insurance.

Very happy with the coverage and customer service.
