My dog and I have a 7 year relationship with Trupanion. I got him covered when he was a puppy. Trupanion has seen us through allergies, injured paw pads and a tweaked nerve in his back. It was super easy to get to someone to speak to even with the virus and appreciate Devin's helping to navigate the submission process with me!

It used to be a 10! I've recommended many friends who've signed up with Trupanion, and I've been pleased with the coverage. You lack of willingness to help with my payment during this time of financial crisis was disappointing.

I'll start by saying Tori was great.
I'll start by saying Tori was great. In this trying time , customer service goes a long way. Due to covid 19 , I needed to make some cuts in my finances and unfortunately this included cutting out my pet insurance for my corgi Giggsy. Tori was very gracious and understanding about it instead of being too pushy like you often get when having to cancel something, and which I was dreading leading up to making the call to Trupanion. She told me my available options, and offered help in the future when I proceeded to cancel anyways. In times like these , during a pandemic you can see some ugliness in people , but it in this case, not at all. It was a good experience with great customer support .
