We had to bring our dog to the ER vet clinic where she was diagnosed with a pancreatitis. Nationwide processed our claim quickly and the check came in the mail within a few days of claim submission.

Amazing Insurance for Pet owners!
Great pet insurance that will have your back! My French Bulldog Oliver was recently diagnosed with IVDD. He is a very healthy dog, but suddenly started showing pain symptoms and after a few days hospitalized in the Vet they diagnosed him with IVDD and needed urgent Surgery. Having Pet insurance helped going through such a stressful process. Is important that everyone gets insurance given this things might happen.

Awful Service would give zero stars if possible
Awful Service With every claim we make we have to submit an appeals form They have not paid a claim in full or at all unless we go thru the appeal process!! Cancelling our insurance not worth the hassle.

Over All Easy
Nationwide has been easy to use once you get through the start-up. I use the app to submit claims. The only thing I would love to see as a change would be to have a card to use instead of reimbursement. But other than that, we've been receiving the reimbursements rather quickly into the bank account. I recommend Nationwide.
