Incredible life saving experience.
My dog needed emergency surgery 3 weeks ago. As we all know, we're dealing under strenuous economic times due to COVID-19, and paying that money up front was not easy but it was life or death for my dog. Thanks to you guys, 90% of the cost I spent was able to be reimbursed. And the claim took less than a week to be deposited electronically into my account. I've never had a claim completed so quickly. I was reimbursed before his stiches were removed! Every pet I have, now and in the future, will have Nationwide pet insurance. You've made a customer for life, and I've been spreading the word.
