Pleased overall
Pleased overall. Having certain services not covered at times...bloodwork etc. is bothersome at times. We definitely have paid for more services due to having the insurance and the insurance has been good. Extra's do add up though with deductibles, taxes, and other extras such as bloodwork not covered.

Trupanion is a company I have been happy with.
Offered pre approvals and turned around the decision very fast. All customer service representatives were helpful and showed compassion. My vet was set up with Trupanion Express. This service is great. Trupanion payed their share of the bill immediately to the vet. This works if you obtain a pre-approval first. I was very pleased with the company and the support I received for the surgery my pet needed.

Our 11 year old 100% Chihuahua has had some problems lately -- and after my deductible was met -- the claims were taken care of promptly and in accordance with my understanding of the policy. Communication from Embrace was frequent and clear and kept me advised every step of the way.

Very efficient
They have been a great company to work. Settle claims quickly and I have had a very sick dog with multiple claims. It has more than paid for itself over the last 2 years. This is the fourth dog I have had insurance on with Healthy Paws and have been very satisfied at all times.
