Amazing!!!!
I cannot express how pleased I am with Nationwide Pet Insurance. We are heading into Piper's second knee surgery in less than a year and have had many many claims from Dr.s appointments and therapy. Not once has Nationwide not covered a claim. They are extremely prompt and excellent at communicating claim information. I couldn't imagine doing these surgeries without Nationwide Pet. It certainly helped lessen the financial stress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Over the last month I have had a series of tragedies related to my fur babies. Both incidents required emergency veterinary services and surgery. FIGO has been amazing! I have unlimited with an affordable deductible. Of note: a set of my claims was adjudicated IN HOURS and has been a huge relief to settle due to cost. I LOVE FIGO and tell all fur parents I know about them!

QUICK, EFFICIENT & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I’m very pleasantly surprised with my experience, so far, using ASPCA pet Insurance. Each claim has been handled quickly, efficiently & communication is excellent. I get frequent notifications via email & there is no hassle with speaking directly to a representative on the phone. In fact, each representative has been kind, polite, caring, knowledgeable & actually sounds like a human being vs. the majority of customer service workers from other places who sound cold & robotic. I only wish my own insurance was as easy to navigate as ASPCA so far has been. They also offer several types of plans to choose from. Having this amazing pet Insurance is truly a gift of the peace of mind that our sweet baby girl will be taken care of. It takes some of the financial stress off of us so we can focus on the well being of our precious puppy. We can’t thank you enough!!!
