I have had really good experience with the customer Service agents since I started my pets' policies with Trupanion. They're very friendly and helpful. The reason I did not give them a 10 is because they do not cover exam fees EVEN for an emergency visit. I would have assumed an emergency exam for something that is not routine/preventative would be covered. But once I submitted the claim from the emergency vet visit, the very next day I got a text confirming they were processing my claim, so I am pleased with the speed so far!
