I had a beloved miniature poodle who had heart problems and cancer. As time went on, she needed all kinds of interventions, including surgery and multiple medications. Trupanion paid promptly and reliably. My vet was connected to their Express system, so I all I had to pay at the time was my portion of the bill - no filing forms and waiting. They really seem to care about my pets and my relationship with them.
