Arbitrary reimbursement
I submit claims and get random arbitrary funds reimbursed. I pay for the insurance and the vet charges their fees and I get paid some partial amt based on some negotiated rate that didn't involve me. Insurance is a scam, but what can I do?

Too bad this insurance doesn't cover humans!
I am very happy with this insurance and the customer service I have received from them over the years. Most especially, the prompt and efficient updates after I submit a claim. There are no surprises - meaning they cover what they say they cover and do not find some loophold not to cover. I've used them for about six years now and one of my dogs was sickly and eventually passed. So I could say i've had a lot of interactions with them and found each experience as pleasant as it could be. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to pet owners.

Update
My dog Dutch suffered an infection from an impacted anal gland. My vet treated him and he is doing well. My costs were completely reimbursed and I greatly appreciate it.

Insurance is a Life Saver
Insurance has been a life saver for us! We have been able to affordably ensure our dog is always in the best health able to afford to take care of anything he needs. Nationwide is great! They cover exactly what they said they would without a single bit of hassle. Claims are easy to submit and they pay promptly. If you call people are VERY helpful. Not sure what more you could want.
