Positive claims experience
Always simple and direct. Claims process is quick and always dealt with in a timely fashion. Each claim includes and explanation if required as to coverage. We have had coverage for our 12yr old dog since she was a pup and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend.

Sign me up.
We brought our puppy, Roscoe, to the vet for his first wellness check; he was given a clean bill of health and seemed absolutely fine. I went home and registered him with Trupanion--I didn't have to give a credit card or any financial information, he was covered; five or six days later he developed a lung infection which required him to stay at the vet for two days, fluids, anti-nausea meds, antibiotics. Our vet sent the claim to Trupanion, we received an email in about a week telling us that we would receive a check to cover everything other than the $250 deductible which is part of the free plan. Needless to say, we will be continuing our coverage with Trupanion. Thank you so much!
