Nationwide is the greatest pet insurance in the world!
I am very thankful that we have Nationwide pet insurance for our pup Louie. We rescued him at 7 months and he will turn 15! in two months. That is saying something! And the fact that you are concerned for his welfare speaks volumes! We have also had three other pups insured with you in the past. I couldnt do it without you!
So many people dont think about what would happen if their pet gets sick but I am so glad I DID! I messed up on one of the 3 claims I had to file for Rain and your customer service was excellent and made sure things were taken care of and you guys have gotten FAST in your claim reimbursement. When you first did the switch over to Nationwide there was a short time claims seems to take a long time but you have more than made up for that. We all get growing pains I guess. I tell all my friends about you and am so glad I have been with you for 8 years now. Thank you

Would be five and is getting closer
We have been clients for seven-plus years. The claims response time is much better and went through a rough patch that may have been aggravated by our vet getting behind on paperwork. Well-documented processes (notices of notices) and equitable treatment for a little West Highland Terrier with a wide range of knee, stomach, and allergy issues.
