From day one Trupanion has been extremely helpful!
From day one Trupanion has been extremely helpful! In all honesty I wish you offered insurance for humans! Any phone call or experience I've had has been nothing but pleasant even under very stressful situations when it comes to problems or any medical issues I've had with my fur baby! I have yet to speak to someone who doesn't ask you my Carter is doing and before a surgery or medical procedure understanding my stress and taking the financial stresses away by starting a pre-approval claim so everything becomes easier and I could just focus on getting Carter better! This is definitely a company I don't dread calling even when the circumstances are a bit dreadful!

Useless unless you buy this immediately after you get your pet
Pretty pointless insurance policy as they have a lot of exclusions. Unless you have this right after you get your pet, which I doubt most would do especially for those who adpot. Or your pet is extremely creative in getting sick or injured. The policy is absolutely useless.
