10 for ease of submitting claims 0 for non payment of diagnostic exams. These are not WELLNESS exams, but exams done at time of emergency to guide course of treatment. You need to change your policy!

Trupanion is the best !
Trupanion is the best !! I tell everyone to look at getting coverage . Our pup Annie had to have a major operation which would have cost us over $7500.00 which we didn’t have . We love our little girl I am from the days when there was no ins for pets. I believe in trupanion 100% They are very nice and a great pleasure to deal with .

Claims are done quickly and efficiently. I just thought more could be claimed, such as charges for a wellness check visit and meds.

Good price and coverage but super slow
Well what the cover is well rounded for my pets needs. The price is very reasonable. But don't believe that "we usually get to it in 5 days" on the website cause that's a lie. I have been waiting almost a month with my claim still in the "received" stage.

Highly recommend!
I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paws! This was our first experience with pet insurance and I bought a policy when we adopted our rescue dog. Six months later she was diagnosed with heart worm. Healthy Paws has been great in terms of how easy it is to submit a claim and reimbursement time. I have called them a few times with questions and always speak to a polite person who seems to genuinely care about helping me with our pet. I highly recommend them!

Frustrated and annoyed
I’m annoyed at the review process and what they deemed pre-existing conditions. My dog is a puppy and gets into things their not supposed to and trupanion called it a pre-existing condition. In my opinion that’s so stupid. We have pet insurance for what reason and I feel that this is a waste of money.
