As always my representative Dan was easy to understand able to access my file immediately and explain changes if any to my plan.
As always my representative, Dan, was easy to understand, able to access my file immediately and explain changes if any to my plan. He didn't try to sell me any xtra or upgrade my plan even explaining why the only plan enhancement wouldn't include my pet due to age. i wish My insurance was as easy to communicate with and efficient!
