I needed medication and special food for my Sam. The Clinic put it all together and sent it in to Trupanion for an ok. So when I came to pick it up we new how much I had to pay and the clinic sent the rest to Trupanion

Terrible. Trupanion is terrible.
All of my claims get rejected. This forces me to go through the appeal process. Very time consuming and incredibly frustrating. Appeals eventually get approved, but they will do ANYTHING to reject.
