I have had only positive experiences with Trupanion.
I have had only positive experiences with Trupanion. However, one of my co-workers had a very hard time with getting a claim re-imbursed and it took weeks to resolve because she was getting the run-around for who authorized pre-approval. That's why I rated it 9 instead of 10.

A ruff week made better
I was struggling with my printer to get the forms submitted, when I received an email that the claim was being processed. I don¡¦t know what kind of magic happened but it was a great experience in what was a very stressful week. I had the reimbursement in my account by the end of the week and my pup is feeling much better!
