Extremely Grateful for Healthy Paws Insurance

My 8-month-old puppy ate something he shouldn't have. Long story short...after visiting his vet, getting x-rays, and attempting to get it moving along his digestive tract, we wound up at the emergency hospital. After an ultrasound, the surgeon recommended surgery. We discovered later that a piece of a strap had lodged itself in his stomach, small intestine, and large intestine. Had it not been for Health Paws Pet Insurance, we could never have afforded the surgery, and my grand daughter would have been devastated. I sent in the invoices and in less than two weeks, I received the reimbursement checks. Hassle-free. They were great! Buddy is now 100% back to normal...sweet, playful, and eating. I currently have best best, its horrible

I currently have best best and to be completely honest dealing with them is a nightmare! We have had them for over 6 months, and when we filed our first illness claim, its been a month and still no reimbursement. Furthermore they simply don't care if you leave their service. As it is now ill stay until the plan expires, and seek legal counsel to get reimbursed.
