Once again you have exceeded my expectations.
Once again you have exceeded my expectations. From my initial phone call before I even got to the vet, so you're working hand-in-hand with the vet and covering most of the expense there was never a time where I wasn't treated well by your customer service staff. In fact well is an understatement. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and expedited the process. Everyone gave me good information and was very patient with me during a stressful time.

I've called your offices at least 6 times, and each person I spoke with was so remarkably polite, professional, helpful, and kind. This is our first time signing on with pet insurance so I had lots of questions - before and after our puppy was diagnosed with a scary heart arrhythmia condition. The reimbursement checks arrived at our home immediately, as well, so thank you very much!!

Trupanion is a life saver ??
I tell everyone I can about Trupanion. Years ago we lost our 4 year old border collie because we couldn't afford the procedure that would have saved his life. After that horrible loss, we got Trupanion for our other dog, as well as our puppy who is now 7 years old, Cody. we got Trupanion so that we would never be in that horrible position again. Cody. just went through a procedure that saved his life. We couldn't have done it without you. We love our dogs so much. Thank you for all you do. I will keep singing your praises. I am so thankful.
