Elena helped me quickly when I was at the emergency vet with my dog.
Elena helped me quickly when I was at the emergency vet with my dog. Of course I had run off to the vet without the insurance ID number, which they would need to process the claim, and she was able to provide it. Before I left the vet hospital, they had already submitted my claim successfully. Peace of mind is wonderful. Trupanion is worth every penny.

During this really difficult time the ease of filing a claim with Trupanion has made things so much easier.
During this really difficult time, the ease of filing a claim with Trupanion has made things so much easier. I don't have to worry about having funds tied up in the claims process for weeks. The payout is almost immediate which gives me the peace of mind of knowing I don't have to worry about whether I can afford treatment for my boy.
