They are always very quick to complete a claim. Usually it is done within 3 days. Sometimes faster! Love the direct deposit as well.

Excellent Pet Insurance!
The claim was so fast. Having a veterinary hospital that uses their software is so helpful! I'm able to run the insurance before I leave the hospital and pay what I owe and nothing more. Love it!

Trupanion is for real
The claim was paid out promptly and when I called to cancel the policy, it was canceled effective the day after my dog had died, which was about 3 weeks prior, and the premiums were refunded. If or when I get another dog I will sign up with you guys again.

It took almost a month for my claim to be processed and then when I finally got an answer, I was told it went towards my deductible, which is fine. I just wonder what took so long.
