Once again you have exceeded my expectations.
Once again you have exceeded my expectations. From my initial phone call before I even got to the vet, so you're working hand-in-hand with the vet and covering most of the expense there was never a time where I wasn't treated well by your customer service staff. In fact well is an understatement. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and expedited the process. Everyone gave me good information and was very patient with me during a stressful time.
