The young lady I spoke too was very very knowledgeable and so kind. Customer service is important to me. I also like the lifetime coverage for an illness after deductible.

Trupanion did not pay their portion at time of visit and idont know why. They always do!! They did reimburse me a couple of days but that is the reason I have Trupanion. No claims.
