I know my dogs are covered and now I can afford the best care. Thank you so much.
My dog Rocco was given a bone at a kennel and it did a number on his intestinal tract. He had to take several trips to the vet to get better and Nationwide covered us the whole way through. The deductible is low and the service is high. Its so easy to submit, but having 90 days really helps. Excellent all the way around.

Glad I have pet insurance
We don’t have to go the veterinarian very often, but it is nice to pet insurance for the times we do. It gives me great peace of mind as vet visits can be pretty expensive.

Lack of Communication
Overall I am very happy with the help your company provided for her vet visit. The process was a tedious one with constant letters telling me they needed more information from the last two years when there wasn't any. Then after about multiple letters and multiple calls i had to resend the paperwork. Then more letters and more phone calls and then you needed a letter from me. Then more letters from you guys saying you needed the same thing over and over. Then a check. Hurray.

It's nice to have some back up to pay the vet bills
Although there are still deductibles and co-pays, at least some of the vet bills are covered. My biggest complaint is that their claim forms don't allow for just "wellness" visits. My dogs are young and haven't had issues with injuries or illness. Just "wellness" visits for check ups and vaccinations.
