Not happy about several things. Poor communication, attitude, coverage, record keeping, etc. Happier before changes concerning payment method.

The insurance has helped me to ensure care for my senior pup with health challenges. Each time I have contacted customer service, they have been kind & helpful. Their 24/7 is excellent. I had an ER visit for my pup recently & it took place over the weekend. Being able to call & ask questions about my coverage helped me make decisions on my dog's care.

Trupanion has been a very good insurance for my pets.
Trupanion has been a very good insurance for my pets. I usually tell my friends before you buy an animal please get insurance because it will help you with your bills especially if you have something very important to do for your animals. I have it very good luck with Trupanion so far. And I would always recommend it to other people. Thanks Debbie
