Trupanion is a SCAM insurance company
Trupanion is a SCAM insurance company. when I signed up they told me that my policy would remain the same price every month and not increase every year. today they send me an email saying they would increase it because of my zip code and other claims they had by other people. I never even had one claim. What a joke they are. Make sure you Do not waste your time with them.

My experience with ASPCA was excellent.
My experience with ASPCA was excellent. The claims process was simple, easy and efficient. They were great at responding and consistent with paying claims. The EOB was easy to understand. If they required additional information or if you have an appeal they process within a timely manner and communicate with you throughout the time. I was able to provide my sweet baby, Silo, the best care until the end when she unfortunately gave up her fight with cancer, but because of ASPCA I had more time with her and she lived a more comfortable life than without the care... that is priceless. I would sign up again in a heartbeat and would recommend getting more coverage than you think! It is a blessing when in fact you have an unexpected health issue. I highly recommend ASPCA insurance to anyone on the fence like I was originally, it is totally worth it and the investment as your pet is part of your family and they deserve the best!

Awesome experience!
My pup had surgery on Thursday and the reimbursement was in my account the next Tuesday morning! Can’t ask for more than that! I had some questions, so I called. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Beats our previous pet insurance plan hands down. Trupanion, we love you!

From the informational phone call to years later and many claims, the service of Trupanion has been second to none. Friendly and helpful staff, easy submission of claims and quick turn around for reimbursement. I tell everyone who had a pet about Trupanion!!! They are leaps above other pet providers in their service and coverage. I won’t have another pet without Trupanion coverage.
