Excellent customer service
Trupanion has been exceptionally quick in processing claims and has always been very kind and helpful whenever I had questions on the phone. I've recently had a few friends get new puppies for the first time ever and have immediately recommended they get Trupanion!

I AM SO HAPPY I DID INSURED MY PETS!
The experience with Trupanion has been always the same, GREAT! They care about my beloved companions. They are fast sending me a check for my pets vet bills. I've never have a problem with Trupanion regarding coverage. I am a costumer since 2010 and I have two pets. Definitely 100% recommend this insurance for your furry friends, best thing I've ever done for them and for me.

Really like Jessica she was friendly.
Really like Jessica she was friendly. I was disappointed in the concept that since my dog has an ear infection in the past that could be rational for declining insurance for allergy testing. During these trying times pet insurance can be a hard payment to justify. I've never made a claim through you or nationwide who I carried before switching. Just wish I could see a benefit for this service pay back.
