Best Insurance Ever
Nicky Bella was a rescue whom we adopted 7 years ago. We previously had Nationwide for our previous rescue. Except for wellness visits, shots, etc, we really haven't had cause to use our insurance -- UNTIL the last few months when Nicky Bella developed major hind leg problem. We submit our invoice and receive full payment to our bank in less than a week - Usually 3 or 4 days. Couldn't ask for anything better, and not sure what we would do without this coverage now that Nicky Bella is aging and coming into some medical problems. Great Job!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. They acknowledge receiving claims, follow up if additional information needed or if they need to contact the vet for explanation. Once they've reviewed the claim(s) they let you know it's been processed and send you a detailed copy of what was covered and paid. I set up direct deposit so check goes right into my account. They will also mail it to you. Very satisfied with Pets Best.

Awesome pet insurance!
Super easy to navigate and super fast reimbursement. My pup was diagnosed with IBD and has had some expensive testing, imaging, and medication. Healthy Paws has paid all of my claims with no hassles. They even provide a personal touch and check in our your pet afterwards. I highly recommend!

Best decision ever!
I’m so thankful I made the decision to insure my pet through Pets Best. My 8 month old Shih Tzu puppy got an abrasion on his eye in early February. This abrasion quickly led to a corneal ulcer, which developed into a melting ulcer and led to a complete enoculation of the eye. Over the course of 5 days I had almost $2000 in vet visits, medicine and surgery costs. I quickly and easily uploaded a picture of each of my receipts on Pets Best website and within just a few short weeks I received reimbursement at 90% less my copay & deductible. I was able to make a tough decision easier knowing that Pets Best was there to help with the costs. Thank you for offering this service and I will be sure to tell all my pet owner friends about you!
