Disappointed - Premium Increase just 1 year in (not used it even once)
I chose Healthy Paws for their manageable premiums and mostly online people did not report premium increases. It is only after you receive a nice "your premium has been increased" you realize they find that there's a fineprint allowing them to do just that. Disappointed as I didn't get to enjoy the coverage even once and here I am paying more!

Claim receipt is quick, but claim decisions can take quite a bit of time. Fortunately when that time becomes excessive, Pet's Best advises you of the delay, that they are aware of it and are working to complete the claim as soon as possible.

Great company. Made top noch health care available for my poor doggy
Very pleased with this insurance. Unfortunately my dog got sick and required several visits to the vet. This took all the stress out of the experience making sure my dog got the best of care. Reimbursements were made within 2 or 3 weeks which is fine.
