Outstanding and prompt claims service
Extremely fast claims service. Efficient and accurate communications greatly reduced our anxiety during a stressful emergency visit to the veterinarian and subsequent care. We are grateful and impressed by the detailed information we received, and how quickly it was received. The ER vet staff had high praise for Trupanion, telling us that we were fortunate that Trupanion is our insurer, since it provides the best service and most prompt payment of claims.

Excellent customer service! Owen is professional and articulate and answered all my questions. I added additional coverage too after speaking with him - so that should say it all. He's obviously quite good at what he does.

Love, love, love Trupanion!!!
Claims are always processed expeditiously and I have the money in my account in a couple of days. When you're shelling out $1000's weekly on chemo this is something that is very important. And when you do call in with a question or clarification the CSRs are always helpful and caring, ending with "Give Maybelline a belly rub for us!". I love Trupanion.
