I am very pleased to maintain three policies with Nationwide. I've had no issues with claims on my one girl, Bridget. Its a nice touch that emails are sent wishing her well and asking how she's doing. On the few times I've had to speak with an agent, the calls are professional, handled promptly and correctly.
