My rep, Tracy, is outstanding but because neither one of the two claims submitted were eligible, I have mixed feelings about Trupanion coverage. Giving it one more try & if rejected, will probably cancel.

It was super easy to get to someone to speak to even with the virus and appreciate Devin's helping to navigate the submission process with me!
