Every experience with every rep that I've had with Trupanion has been more excellent than I have been able to believe.

Every experience with every rep that I've had with Trupanion has been more excellent than I have been able to believe. Every single rep is knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to truly love animals and want the best for them. Not only that, but Trupanion genuinely has the best policies I've seen. I've actively joked with friends that Vinny (our cat) has better insurance than I ever had thanks to Trupanion. I already recommend Trupanion every time I get the chance to and I won't be stopping any time soon.

Every time I call there is someone immediately ready to talk, and they're always incredibly kind and helpful. One of the best (if not the best outright) customer service lines of any good/service that I pay for. And they pay out my claims quick with no hassle. Bravo!
