I am very pleased to maintain three policies with Nationwide. I've had no issues with claims on my one girl, Bridget. Its a nice touch that emails are sent wishing her well and asking how she's doing. On the few times I've had to speak with an agent, the calls are professional, handled promptly and correctly. Thanks for allowing me to protect my babies!!

My dog ate a rock!
My dog dug up a rock and accidently ate it. It was stuck in his intestines for 3 days, and wouldn’t pass. He wasn’t eating or drinking during that time. It was such a relief knowing he had insurance, that there was no doubt about not doing surgery when the Emergency Vet recommended it. He probably would have died from infection otherwise. The claim process is so easy. You just download the Vet bill and hit submit. The claim is then deposited into my bank acct. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the claim took over 4 weeks to process, otherwise they are great!
