I'll start by saying Tori was great.
I'll start by saying Tori was great. In this trying time , customer service goes a long way. Due to covid 19 , I needed to make some cuts in my finances and unfortunately this included cutting out my pet insurance for my corgi Giggsy. Tori was very gracious and understanding about it instead of being too pushy like you often get when having to cancel something, and which I was dreading leading up to making the call to Trupanion. She told me my available options, and offered help in the future when I proceeded to cancel anyways. In times like these , during a pandemic you can see some ugliness in people , but it in this case, not at all. It was a good experience with great customer support . Trupanion always goes above and beyond
I love Trupanion they are quick to work the claims and to pay you and I have been paying for years on my boy and then he got kidney disease so I had to file a large claim and I happen to mention to them that he had dry eye that I had been paying for out-of-pocket for a couple of years they advised me to go to my vet and get every receipt for his dry medication in the file claims and once I meet that deductible then they will cover 90% they were very nice to Tell me to do this I feel like they didn't have to tell me but I'm glad they did I would recommend Trupanion to anybody and everybody
