Very disappointed in change to not being able to change deductible up and down and rate increases especially in these difficult times.

Very disappointed in change to not being able to change deductible up and down and rate increases, especially in these difficult times. have had minimal claims and when I did, Trupanion made it very hard to get reimbursement. Cheryl was wonderful. she went above and beyond, so this score is passed in the company itself. Cheryl was patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. i would give her a score of 10.
